Our Body Back Transformation sessions are usually aimed at big results, so we focus on nutrition, workouts, coaching and more. But as the School Year winds down and the Summer is almost here, we'll kick off with high intensity workouts and start the nutrition conversations.
With this mini session, we'll focus on just the workouts. Same great Body Back workouts- a total of 8 classes, wrapping up before School end activities and before the full Summer Transformation (8 weeks) starts in late June. Stay on track with all the progress you've made the Winter & Spring!
