Hi friends! My name is Jaime Palmer and I'm a mama to a handsome and energetic toddler named Brady and a beautiful new baby boy named Jaxon and I have been married to my amazing and incredibly supportive husband Dan for 7 years. My passion is Fitness and Nutrition and I value balance, focusing on much more than just the physical changes people want to make. My goal is to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to make lasting changes that will fit their lifestyle by providing ongoing education, information, and support. I hope to help women achieve their health and wellness goals in a fun network while connecting with other moms.more
I opened FIT4MOM Seacoast shortly after having my son, Chase, in 2014. I immediately recognized my own need for support and community as I journeyed through Motherhood (and life).
FIT4MOM is the country's largest Mom-owned franchise and that's a lot of Mama Power & Support! I really enjoy helping women transition, grow, and flourish relative to motherhood, living a healthy lifestyle, supporting one another. We exercise, we laugh, we cry, we share information and become friends at FIT4MOM Seacoast. I need my mama tribe and I'm thankful for the opportunity to help provide that platform here on the Seacoast. In addition to being passionate about motherhood and fitness, I am also passionate about real estate and am practicing as a licensed NH Realtor. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I dream of owning a Glamper someday soon to travel North America with my family over the years.
Hey mamas! Thanks to my hard working husband, Bob, I am fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom. We have two wonderful boys named Wyatt and Silas, ages 5 and 16 months. I rediscovered my love for running almost 4 years ago after taking some time off from the sport. I became certified as a running coach during the summer of 2015. I look forward to being a FIT4MOM run coach and helping others discover and nurture their love of running, all while doing this thing we call motherhood!more
I am a first time mother and former elementary school teacher. After having my wonderful daughter, Simona, in 2017, my husband, Jeremy, encouraged me to take the rest of the year off with her and explore other interests. I have always been passionate about fitness and when I discovered FIT4MOM, I loved the mom-to-mom and mom-to-baby connections. Furthermore, I felt terrific after working out with these motivated moms and became eager about pursuing a career in group fitness instructing. I am honored to be apart of the FIT4MOM community and look forward to meeting and helping moms realize their fitness potential.more
