Body Back - SPRING Mini Session

Join your FIT4MOM Body Back Instructor, Megan, for a 4-week mini session!

Our Body Back Transformation sessions are usually aimed at big results, so we focus on nutrition, workouts, coaching and more. But as the School Year winds down and the Summer is almost here, we'll kick off with high intensity workouts and start the nutrition conversations.

With this mini session, we'll focus on just the workouts. Same great Body Back workouts- a total of 8 classes, wrapping up before School end activities and before the full Summer Transformation (8 weeks) starts in late June. Stay on track with all the progress you've made the Winter & Spring!

New to Body Back? This is also a GREAT way to try it out before committing to the full eight week Transformation starting at the end of June.

Hilton Point Park in Dover on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am.

Get your workout done, connections, and you time in first thing in the morning, in an inspiring and safe environment, to feel good about heading off to the rest of your day and week! Bring your exercise mat and water, we'll provide the equipment.
