What is Body Back?

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • Before and after fitness assessments and measurements

Are you ready to take your health and fitness to the next level? Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

**You MUST be at least three (3) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. Please note that FIT4MOM strongly recommends that Body Back® clients be at least six (6) months postpartum to participate. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**

What does the 8 week Body Back® TRANSFORMATION session consist of?

This all-inclusive program combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home digital workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 10-12 participants per session. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible- mind, body, and soul!

What can I expect during a Body Back class?

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Our HIIT workouts (a technique used by performance athletes that feature repeated bouts of short duration/high intensity exercises) are a critical component to the program as it burns more calories, increases endurance and sheds more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. To maximize results, the class does not involve a stroller or children – perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for all moms who need personal time to fully focus on their goals.
