FIT4MOM Running Club

Hello 2018 Running Season & Welcome Mama's!

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you've never run before. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 10K run (6.2 miles).

You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Group runs will meet twice a week, over 8 weeks. The accountability, the connections, and the motivation of group running will help you reach your goals!

Price Includes:

  • 8 week training program; designed for beginners, past and current runners
  • 2 group runs per week, Saturdays at 8AM & Mondays at 5:30PM, with FIT4MOM Run Coach, Megan Thayer
  • Group & community accountibility and support for your running/ health goals
  • Run Club t-shirt

Price Does Not Include:

  • the cost of any races you choose to run
